Bunnies on the Bayou presented its inaugural Fat Bunny, a Mardi Gras-inspired night of burlesque, live music, and a bit of debauchery, as guests were encouraged to wear masks, lingerie, and leather attire.
The burlesque was headlined by the sensational Cara Cherie and hosted by the enchanting Abby Cadabra, followed by a live music performance. Afterward, DJ Stephen Jusko got the crowd on their feet with an electrifying set that kept the party going long into the night.
Bunnies on the Bayou, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that aims to improve the quality of life and promote education and awareness of human rights for individuals in the LGBTQ community. The organization raises funds through social events throughout the year, culminating in an annual outdoor festival on Easter Sunday, which is the largest LGBTQ fundraising festival in Texas.
