Les Ballet Trocadero de Monte Carlo is a group of professional male dancers. Performing all female roles in ballet and modern dance, the Trocks meld high art and camp, grace and slapstick in a way like no other. The troupe started Trockin’ 30 years ago in New York, performing late, late shows at off-off-Broadway lofts. Additionally, OutSmart magazine and the Society for the Performing Arts invite you to Meteor, 2306 Genesee at Fairview/Tuam on Monday, January 17, 8–10 p.m. for a preview of the Trocks and a chance to win two tickets to see them at Jones Hall.
