OUTSMART is holding a contest to find the three best art projects inspired by Mark Montano’s book Pulp Fiction: Perfect Paper Projects. Create a project similar to those described in the book or pictured in the OUTSMART article on Montano, and deliver it to the OUTSMART office by July 15. Winners will be announced in the August OUTSMART issue.
Entries will be judged on difficulty, beauty, and best use of recycled pages from old OUTSMART issues.
Contestants must drop off or mail their project, with their name, address, e-mail, and phone number attached, to: Tom Fricke, OutSmart Magazine, 3406 Audubon Place, Houston, TX 77006-4412.
Art projects will become the property of OUTSMART magazine. You may wish to purchase the book Pulp Fiction: Perfect Paper Projects by Mark Montano (ISBN 157421697-X), but that is not a prerequisite for entering.
