EMPLOYEE AWARD Montrose Counseling Center recently named its criminal justice liaison, Francis Bueno, as its 2008 Employee of the Year. Bueno travels to local prisons to provide HIV case management to incarcerated individuals and works with them to create healthy exit plans as their release approaches. GRAND OPENING Houston native Tina Ozcelik has been in the optical field since 1995, and a buyer of luxury eyewear since 1999.
