Roka Akor, one of Houston’s premier Japanese restaurants serving steak, seafood and sushi, is proud to offer a special Christmas menu on December 23 and December 24. A selection of five courses begins with Wagyu beef and kimchi dumplings and escolar tataki, and moves on with sashimi, marinated black cod with grilled corn, prime ribeye with wafu, fingerling potatoes and Roka Akor’s signature Truffle Hot Pot. Ending the culinary experience is a coffee pot de crème with caramelized hazelnut. The tasting menu will be available for $95 per person, with the full a la carte menu also available.
