New Webcomedy “It Takeis Two” Features George and Brad Takei

Writer, actor, and well-known activist George Takei–sometimes known as Uncle George to his fans–is teaming up with his husband Brad in a new comedic web series called “It Takeis Two.” The first episode went live Tuesday, April 7, and it features the happy couple in a “heightened reality” show featuring what the press release calls “semi-scripted highlights from domestic life” between George and Brad Takei.
The first episode follows Brad’s activities after finding a mean meme aimed at him. The pun-sprinkled episode follows him doing everything in his power to try and get the meme taken down, including some interesting e-mails and a few trans-continental phone calls. With an unexpected twist, this chuckle-inducing, four minute episode looks to be the start of a light-hearted series that gives a peek into the marriage of one of the gay community’s wittiest activists.
