Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams to Launch New Pro-LGBT Advertising Campaign

BIZNews_MitchellGoldMitchell Gold + Bob Williams is set to release a provocative new advertising campaign as a nod to the LGBT community’s tremendous progress.

This multi-channel campaign, titled “A Modern Affair,” will launch via a 36-page custom catalog, along with print, digital, social, and outdoor initiatives. The campaign, which features both straight and LGBT couples, is a testament to Mitchell Gold and Bob Williams’ longtime support for equality for all. “Who knows what the characters in these scenes are in to . . . and who really cares?” Mitchell Gold, co-founder/chairman, said of the campaign.

“The point is, whatever your sexual orientation—gay, lesbian, transgender, or straight—it’s about freedom to be with whomever you love, in whatever way feels right to you. For us, comfort has always been paramount, in more ways than one. We want people to be comfortable with our home furnishings and in life.” The company—and Gold and Williams personally—continue to work toward full equality at home, in the workplace, in schools, and in religious institutions.
