Sagittarius (November 22–December 21)
You are ready to revamp your finances this year. Some of you are really feeling the financial crunch, and what is going on with the stock market has a personal meaning to you. You are getting rid of debts and tidying up old fiduciary records. This is a precursor to overhauling your skills and talents. This is an excellent time for you to take some classes and bring yourself up to speed or to totally consider another career path, one that really addresses a part of you that is seeking real satisfaction in your work and career. Some of you may see old clients going by the way, and you will have to get out there and market yourself. Ask for some help from a professional. They can improve your efficiency and get you to use talents that you have kept buried. Don’t hold on to the past just because you did that well. Look to the future.
Get ready for your day-to-day routine to get very busy. You will have to keep a handle on your commitments this year, otherwise you will have to look into cloning to keep up with your schedule. The problem is that there are so many fun things that you want to do this year and the list keeps expanding. You may try to select all of them without a good thought to time and responsibility. If you are a writer or a public speaker, this will be a fabulous year for you. Your words and thoughts are getting out there and people are very accepting of your ideas. If you are interested in publishing, make it happen. And don’t hesitate to get an agent. They are more receptive to you than ever for this entire year. Those of you born December 14 through 19, or those who have planets in these degrees, are especially creative and imaginative. You could be the people who are doing art—and in a very high-tech method. Your dreams could be touching people in a way that resonates with their divine selves. Don’t keep them to yourself. Open up and share them with the rest of us.
Revamping your innermost motivation is at the core of all of this. In the past, your impetus came from expectations that others or your parents had for you. You felt an obligation to make them happy and do what they asked. This was not a sacrifice as you felt good doing this. But this year, you are ready to address a stronger internal desire. As you do this, you will be releasing some of your internal fuel that has kept you stimulated. Some of you, especially in the first third of the year, will feel very bored with your personal routines and work paths. You will have to find something new to do, even if it is a hobby. Otherwise you will be putting too much pressure on your current career path to be more fulfilling than it was ever intended to be. This has greatest impact for those of you born December 13 through 19 or those with planets in those degrees. Revamping your career falls right into this category. You are ready for a new challenge or a promotion or a whole new career path. You will have to find that where you are working, or you will be updating your résumé. Minimally, you are expecting the people you work with to behave more maturely. You are very, very, very, very tired of trying to do most of the work and keep everyone’s spirits up as well. Your dog-and-pony-show is in retirement, and you are ready for everyone else to do what is expected of them and not whine about it. Don’t be afraid to look at totally different career paths. This is a very good year to change.

Capricorn (December 22–January 19)
This year, Pluto, planet of the cosmic enema, has entered your sign. It will take about 14 years for her to saunter through Capricorn. She is initially going to have the greatest impact on those of you born December 22 through 25 or those of you with planets at these degrees. If you are born later in the sign, she will eventually get to you as well, so you don’t have to worry that you will be missed. The last time Pluto was here was 248 years ago, right at the end of the French and Indian War. That was when King George tried to make the colonists pay for that war, and that was the beginning of the American Revolution. So that is the time we are going through now. For those of you affected by this, you are having a personal revolution. Out with the old and in with the new. You are open to new ideas, thought forms, personal expression, and getting rid of the dead wood in your life. And there are no limits on what might be thrown out. So feel free to consider chucking it all. The big key is that you are going through a death and rebirth time, and you are in more control of your life choices than you have ever been. Choose well.
Time to talk about finances. This could be a good investment year for you. Yes, of course, you will have to be conservative with your choices, but you will have a very intuitive knack for picking out things that will recover and look good for the future. Other than investments, you should really watch your impulsive spending this year. It will be easy for you to justify what you want to spend your money on. Your desire factor is elevated. You will certainly need more attention and recognition from your partner, boss, friends, and clients. And let them know what you need. You don’t give out many signals and they probably can’t read that kind of subtlety. Those of you born January 13 through 17, or with planets at those degrees, are trying to figure out what you need to do and can’t seem to get a handle on it. Just enjoy the searching and don’t worry about making any decisions based on logic, unless you can rely on your intuition. Then you will do fine. Otherwise, you may have to enjoy the searching and not worry about coming up with a clear plan until next year.
And if that wasn’t enough need for change in your life, you are also incredibly bored with your day-to-day routines. This is creating a lot of impatience, which is not normal for you and will surprise a lot of people. You will not be able to keep the raw truth from coming out. You normally can couch your words in a pleasant and acceptable manner. But this year, you are ready to just say what’s there and move on, and you won’t be very apologetic. Be careful of your physical movement and driving habits. You could be accident-prone this year, especially in February and September. People from other cultures will bug you a lot this year. You just don’t want to adjust to them or change. It is OK. You don’t have to. This is especially strong for those of you born January 12 through 17.
Continuing on the theme of shifting or changing career, your ruling planet, Saturn, is ready to support you in this endeavor. She will be happy for you to do some retraining or retooling. For those who want to start a whole new path, she is ready to support you as well. What she demands and expects from you is a clear path, a concrete goal, and a method for getting from A to B. Without this clarity, Saturn is not going to be helpful, and she will only point out the areas that you didn’t do well in. Let her be your guide. She has a penchant for detail, and she is always your best friend.

Aquarius (January 20–February 18)
Do you remember Martin Luther when he challenged the church and eventually caused a religious revolution? This is your time to do that for your life. Whether you are the most religious conservative or a New Ager, you are going to decontaminate that part of your life. You will be finding all sorts of lies, half truths, or just plain ole BS that was served to you on a golden platter. Some of you may even give up all beliefs because you will feel totally deceived. As a result, you will experience anger and become somewhat jaded. Some of you will be able to step past this aspect and begin to invent a whole new belief system for yourself. In the end, that is what you have to do anyway. But the cleanout is the first step in the process. Don’t be surprised that others don’t want to hear your version of the truth. They knew it was just a story all along. This is strongest for those of you born January 20 though 23 and for those of you who have planets at those locations.
And now for a giant switch of topics: This year, Jupiter, planet of growth, travel, education, and expanding brain, is entering your sign for a year’s visit. Jupiter will make you more optimistic about life. It will put you on a path to bring more people into your life, increase your social activity, and be more willing to try things you haven’t done before. So get out your track shoes, because you are going to be moving and very active. For career, this can make you extra busy and you may have more work and responsibility than you care to have. Over-commitment comes to mind here. You may have a time trying to reign in your ideas. You will need some friends to look over your plans so that you can finish them this year and not in 2020. Expect more opportunity and make the best choices.
For those of you born February 12 through 16, or those of you with planets at these degrees, you are on your spiritual pilgrimage. You are looking for the aspects in your life that feed you from the inside out and not the outside in. This really isn’t your year to make choices but to explore options. You can make some choices but they have to be very open-ended so that you can come and go as you please. Or it has to really fill your passion gauge, so that you aren’t tired or deterred by the work involved. You must follow your intuition.
With this whole theme of looking for new things to do, you should be looking at talents that you have not used previously or put on a shelf because they didn’t seem practical at the time. You are supposed to be stepping way outside your comfort zone during this year. You have plenty of practicality backing you up. So you don’t have to worry about your plans not going to fruition. Some of you may have to do this, as your company may be looking to shift away from outdated products and find new inroads to another market share. Your mind is very inventive. Share those ideas.
You are reviewing intimacy this year. And you are looking to make your relationships more real and more connected. If you are not able to, or if the other people involved aren’t willing or are just too lazy, you will be looking for greener pastures. Financial problems could be just the tip of the iceberg between you and your partner, as hidden problems come to the surface. You may have to look deep and be glad that you are getting this information so that your relationship and your trust with your partner can deepen. Couples therapy would help you see your shadow part in this.

Pisces (February 19–March 20)
Friends, out with the old and in with the new. You are evolving at a rapid rate, and many of your friends won’t be able to keep up. Some of them may pass on to the great beyond. You are forced to make way for new people to enter your life. Your participation in organizations that you belong to may be coming to an end, particularly if they have outlived their usefulness. They can be salvaged, but they will have to be reinvented with a whole new set of goals and dreams led by someone fresh and new. That person could be you, since you are ready to step up and take on a leadership role. The great thing is that you are going to lead by example. You don’t have to tell others what to do; they will just follow you. And I’m not kidding. This is strongest for those of you born February 19 through 22. For those of you who are supremely motivated, politics could be your new venue. It is a powerful time for you.
Your openness to new ideas and people from different cultures is very powerful. You are able to incorporate new ideas and find practical uses for them. During this time, you are integrating lots of your spiritual views into a very neat package that draws from all the ones you have explored. Picking the very best of all of these, you are finding more peace in your life than you have had in quite a while. Some of you will be leading others on a path of enlightenment via a teaching path or a process of spiritual enlightenment. If you want to put some of your ideas to paper, this is an excellent time for that. Don’t worry; there is a part of you that is double-checking you and making sure that there is a practical application for all that you are exploring.
For a small group of you, those born March 13 through 17, or those of you with planets at these degrees, you are heavily engaged in reviewing your spiritual path. Some of you are headed out to workshops or meditation groups or spiritual retreats. You are really looking into your soul. You are not satisfied with other’s words or ideas. You are looking for the experience and the epiphany that only comes with a personal connection with the spiritual center.
With Uranus, planet of personal revolution and passion, moving through your sign, you need to connect to things in the now. You are not able to tolerate deferred gratification. You want to be happy and fulfilled now. You are not the usual patient Pisces, allowing others to go ahead of you. You want to be first, but you don’t mind lending a hand to help someone up behind you. You are breaking through old boundaries that once provided safety and support. Now those very tools are limiting you and your newfound abilities. Uranus is the planet of rebellion, and you are rebelling against the old you. This is strongest for those of you born March 12 through 16, or those of you with planets in those degrees.
Your last topic will be relationships. You are going to be reviewing and potentially renewing your relationships. First, there is a time to review how well you have constructed your partnerships. Have you been open about what you wanted in the beginning? If you haven’t, then you will have to go back and get that straightened out. Your partner has to be more responsive and take on a greater role of responsibility. It doesn’t have to be 50/50, but it must have more conscious interaction from your partner. If this isn’t happening, you will be bringing your current relationship to an end. This is true of personal, friendship, and business relationships. There have to be new goals and new intimacies that pull you together, or you will be pulled apart. The good news is that there is great potential for that to happen. You just can’t do it alone.
