Center Energy offers ways of staying centered and healthy, while reducing stress and building body strength. While the program continues to focus on people living with HIV, all are welcome. Many GLBT seniors find the program helpful as do others looking to explore a regular workout routine. The program teaches people living with HIV full-body stretching, yoga, weight training, cardio, and always includes new information on diet and nutrition.
