Interior. Leather Bar.
James Franco’s latest film mixes documentary-style filmmaking with fiction. Franco re-imagines the lost footage from the 1980s film Cruising, which starred Al Pacino. That footage was about 40 minutes long and contained sexually explicit material. With a cast of gay and straight men, it’s an exploration of various issues, like how far the actors are willing to go with the explicit material.
