A kaleidoscope-floored bump-and- grind for the pelvic-thrust club set, Kaci Battaglia’s latest dance disc is a sometime earnest attempt to plumb tawdry disco depths. Save for the rowdy “Body Shots” (guest vocal by Ludacris), the 21-year-old barely makes a splash.
