Who will capture the glory? In this one-of-a-kind fundraiser teams of corporate athletes will face off in a series of exciting obstacle course challenges to answer that question. It’s competitive fun that raises funds to help youth experiencing homelessness overcome the obstacles they face in finding a stable, independent life. While only one team will be declared winner, everyone who participates enjoys the action and takes home the ultimate reward, knowing you helped youth at Covenant House Texas, a shelter serving and supporting young people ages 18-24 who are overcoming homelessness and trafficking. Chaired by IBC Bank President Jeff Samples, the second annual “Guts + Glory” competition takes place at Rice University’s Waltrip Indoor Practice Facility on September 23, 2023. This year’s event will also honor Gensler for their continued support of the Houston community, including Covenant House Texas.
