This very fresh, young performer delivers solid pop tunes on this EP, particularly on the title track and a cover of Robbie Williams’s deep yet somewhat misplaced “Feel.” Aiming for the title of “Queen of Dance Music with a Soul,” she’s already technically more precise than Debbie Gibson or Kylie Minogue were when they started, so that’s a good sign.
