America’s Got Talent is searching nationwide to find the best of the best to compete on the show’s upcoming ninth season. So, where to find the best? Houston, of course.

The hit competition show will be holding auditions for Houstonians of all ages, with all talents, January 18 and 19 from 8 a.m. until 7 p.m. each day at Reliant Center. Contestants will not only be competing for fame and glory, but for a $1 million prize.

America’s Got Talent has showcased numerous LGBT acts during its previous eight seasons, including Jonathan Allen, the aspiring opera singer who shared his story of being kicked out of his family home for being gay.

If interested in auditioning, you can pre-register at agtauditions.com. Anyone under the age of 13 must have an adult help with the registration process.
