Sarah Lowe, creator of The Art Cellar of Houston, and Guerra Studios founder Marco Guerra will showcase their signature ART IS AN Outdoor Market series throughout March at Parkway Houston campuses including Greenway Plaza, Post Oak Central in Uptown and the Tanglewood area’s San Felipe Plaza. On March 12, the market will be located at the covered breezeway adjoining Fusion Eats, and will be featuring live music from Anitra Jay.
