Dine out for a cause in the month of February at Le Colonial. River Oaks District’s popular upscale Vietnamese restaurant has created two prix-fixe menus benefitting local charity Soaring Phoenix. Each lunch ($25) or dinner ($45) menu donates $1 to the organization whose efforts are focused on assisting Vietnamese orphanages and impoverished communities.
