It’s officially crawfish season in Bayou City, so get ready to enjoy seasoned, made-to-order mudbugs on the patio at La Lucha’s crawfish boils. On March 14th and April 18th, classically prepared crawfish with a hint of spice from Tabasco pepper mash will be sold at cost. Sides will be available for purchase including boiled potatoes and corn ($1) roasted garlic ($1), and sausage ($9). Additionally, scratch-made sauces will be sold for $.50, including green harissa, white remoulade, kimchi aioli and smoked oyster mayo. 11 AM ’til gone.
