Our inaugural event features the internationally known sculptor, author, and hiking enthusiast Bridgette Mongeon as she shares powerful stories and lessons from her seven-year journey to create her magnum opus, “Move One Place On”—the interactive Alice in Wonderland tea-party sculpture at Evelyn’s Park in Bellaire, Texas. And what began as a personal path to healing became a citywide movement: the Houston Women’s Hiking group, now more than 18,000 members strong. Learn how nature, community, and creative persistence sustained her through the most tumultuous seasons of her career and life.
