Life After Loss 5K & Fun Run

Join Missing Pieces Support Group this October for the Life After Loss 5K & Fun Run, a heartfelt event held in honor of Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness Month. Whether you run, walk, or participate virtually, every step helps raise awareness, honor babies gone too soon, and support families navigating the grief of pregnancy or infant loss.

The event offers three meaningful ways to participate:

• A chip-timed 5K Run/Walk for all experience levels

• A 1K Fun Run/Walk, perfect for kids or those preferring a gentler pace

• A Virtual Challenge, where you can walk or run anytime, anywhere throughout October

Proceeds go directly toward care packages, grief support services, and community resources provided by Missing Pieces Support Group (MPSG). Participants are encouraged to wear pink and blue to visibly show solidarity with those affected by pregnancy and infant loss.

There are additional ways to get involved: become a charity runner and earn a registration refund when you raise $100; form or join a team and receive a group discount; or sponsor the event to show your business’s support for a cause that touches 1 in 4 families.

This event is more than a race—it’s a space of remembrance, connection, and community. Whether you’re joining in memory of your own loss or to stand with others, you’ll be helping to break the silence and bring comfort to grieving hearts.

In-person registration: $30–$40 (price increases week-of)
All ages welcome. Strollers permitted. No pets on course (service animals only)
