Join us outdoors for free, in-person educational photography workshops while exploring the beautiful landscape of CityPlace at Springwoods Village in Spring, Texas. These community-driven workshops focus on photography as a means for creative expression and acquiring basic photography skills. No prior experience is necessary, and all levels of proficiency and camera types are welcome.

Each workshop will begin with a photography lesson at the CityPlace Plaza (pictured above) followed by time to explore and take photos, and will conclude with an informal critique. October 10, 2020: Camera Basics: Menu and Shooting Modes: Bring your camera and learn about the various shooting modes from automatic to manual and how you can have greater creative control over your exposures. Any camera type is welcome, although cameras with manual settings are best suited for this workshop.
