Houston Cinema Arts Festival's regional short film competition, Borders | No Borders returns for its seventh edition. The presence of rising temperatures and tensions have boiled into something beyond our individual control. Through these films, we are invited to reflect on how we may heal and deal with the heat.

Followed by a Q&A with the filmmakers, moderated by Borders | No Borders programmer Autumn Johnson.

Presented by Houston Cinema Arts Society.
