The Salvation Army of Greater Houston, with special guest Wanda Durant, mother of NBA superstar Kevin Durant, hosts its 22nd annual luncheon on Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2018 at the River Oaks Country Club. The luncheon, chaired by Nathalie and Charles Roff, will honor Charles’s parents Ann and J. Hugh Roff, Jr. for their years of service to and philanthropic support of Salvation Army Houston.

The event is the organization’s single largest fundraising event of the year and serves as its official kickoff of the holiday season. Funds raised support Salvation Army Houston’s mission to serve those in need without discrimination across a variety of specialized programs, services and shelters. More than 400 guests are expected to support the organization’s housing, emergency shelter, rehabilitation, disaster relief, social services and Christmas assistance programs through the event.
