Transitory Sound and Movement Collective
“Stillness/Silence/Sound/Movement”

On September 12th…The Transitory Sound and Movement Collective in partnership with the Rec Room will be creating a new sound/movement/light work: “Stillness/Silence/Sound/Movement” as a fundraiser for two people here in our community whom were devastated by Hurricane Harvey. Our friends, Teresa Chapman (choreographer/dancer/professor at UH) and Shane Monds (DMA composition student at Rice University) both had significant damages to their homes/cars and lost countless instruments and we want to help. 100% of all ticket sales and donations after paying Rec Room Arts staff that evening will be donated to them in an effort to help them rebuild from this tragedy. PLEASE COME OUT AND SUPPORT THE ARTS AND HELP OUR FRIENDS!
