Sir Woman Live at the Moody

March 6 @ 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Free

Join us for a memorable performance by Sir Woman, winner of Austin Music Award’s Best New Act, to celebrate the Moody Center for the Arts’ 5th anniversary. Enjoy complimentary beverages and cake in honor of this birthday edition of our annual Spring Fling!

Sir Woman is the creation of Kelsey Wilson, co-founder of Wild Child, and member of Glorietta. With an emphasis on Soul, Gospel, R&B, and Funk, Sir Woman’s music earned a slot on NPR’s “Heavy Rotation: 9 Songs Public Radio Can’t Stop Playing” with the debut single “Highroad.” Sir Woman is currently nominated for four awards at the 2022 Austin Music Awards including best vocalist, best song, best video, and best band!

The entire building will be open for guests to experience the current exhibition, “Soundwaves: Experimental Strategies in Art + Music,” and $5 parking will be available.
