Sex, Exotification, Consumerism and Shame

Tuesday, August 29, 2017 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Have you ever been called “caramel or chocolate” or compared to other food?

Have you ever been fetishized because of your size, or on the flip side, asked to change your weight by your partner?

Have you been shamed for the amount of sex or sexual partners you’ve had- either too many or too little?

Let’s talk about it! We’ll be having monthly community dialogues about LGBTQ topics to raise awareness, empower ourselves, dispel shame and stigma, and talk about sex and sexuality and all the -isms, without censorship!

Topic 1: “SEX, EXOTIFICATION, CONSUMERISM AND SHAME”

Bring yourself and friends! We’ll bring the food! Hope to see you then!

Date: Tuesday, August 29th, 2017
