Second Saturday in Second Ward, a neighborhood block party and community market in Houston’s historic East End, hosts its monthly market on the second Saturday of this month from 12-6 pm at The Plant (3401 Harrisburg Blvd.). In partnership with Concept Neighborhood, Super Neighborhood 63, East End Management District and Houston Plant Market, the market will feature Houston-area vendors, many of which are local to the East End. The specific vendors will vary month to month, but guests can expect a shopping experience that spans everything from plants and artisan goods to food and live music. While the market is free to attend, some featured activities will be fee based.

Participating businesses include Eden Plant Co., The Plant House, How to Survive on Land and Sea, AC Studio, Frosttown, HAM Barber Studio, Hempworks, The Second Shop, Little Red Box Grocery, Santana Mariachi Bar, Evergirl Vintage, Houston Climate Justice Museum, Rincon Studios and more! Guests can enjoy a diverse line-up of delicious bites from Houston favorites, including Louie’s Italian American, Champ Burger, Goldie’s, Popston and Re-Up Juice Bar.
