IN A GLASS CAGE, infamous for it’s graphic and psychologically violent scenes, focuses on a former Nazi doctor after a failed suicide attempt keeps him locked in an iron lung. His nurse, Angelo, begins to form a relationship with the former doctor, one of power and revenge. Controversial when initially released, IN A GLASS CAGE was recently recognized at the 66th Berlin Film Festival and remains a powerfully influencial piece of cinema.
