Professor Vivian Bell (Helen Shaver) arrives in 1950s Nevada to get a divorce. She finds accommodations on a ranch where she is increasingly drawn to the owner’s daughter (Patricia Charbonneau), an open and self-assured lesbian. Recently restored by Janus Films and the Criterion Collection, QFest and the MFAH are happy to present the new 4K restoration of an unsung classic.
