Mexico City celebrity award winning chef and cookbook author, Luis Robledo will partner with Uncle, Arnaldo Richards in a seven course collaboration dinner to celebrate the debut of Casa San Matias’ 10 year old extra anejo tequila, Rey Sol. The evening will commence with a standing cocktail reception followed by an elegant seated dinner. Each course incorporate chocolate from Mexico City’s Tout Chocolat and will be paired with hand selected tequilas, worldly wines and palate cleansers.
