Certified Instructors at Elite MMA are going to provide a fun, exciting, and informative self-defense seminar! We will be learning martial arts techniques in striking (punching and kicking) and grappling (takedowns, throws, and ground defensive techniques) that will keep you safe in a self-defense situation.
Parking: There is a parking garage behind the Velvet Melvin next door.

Clothing: Family appropriate workout clothes and shoes/sandals. Water bottles are also highly encouraged.

Cost: $25 CASH per person / lower cost if we get enough RSVP’s.
