Children will stomp their paws, twitch their tails, snort and growl, and wiggle and wriggle along with this bright and bold picture book twist on “If You’re Happy and You Know It.”

Be sure to enter our Toddler Tuesday costume contest on-site. Children will also get to participate in a Halloween costume parade through the park.

Story time begins promptly at 10:30 am, please plan to arrive early. Due to limited space, school/daycare groups are not permitted.
