Family Day Fiesta

Take part in a set design community workshop with Lawndale!
Create cempasúchil (marigolds) using Mexican paper and a floating cut-out silhouette of your very own, inspired by the souls returning to Earth for this historic celebration.
Both the flowers and soul silhouettes created will serve as the stage design for the Feijoo Ballet School’s contemporary ballet performance during the Retablo Exhibition and Closing party on Thursday, November 2nd from 7-10 PM. This performance will feature music and dance inspired by the returning of souls during Dia de los Muertos.
Moon Rooster and Popston food trucks will be located onsite throughout the day. Free admission.
