Career and Recovery Resources, Inc. (CRR), a nonprofit United Way agency that helps individuals identify and overcome barriers to employment, will recognize the Honorable Harris County Judge Ed and Mrs. Gwen Emmett along with Mrs.Philamena and Mr. Arthur Baird at the 22nd Annual Barrier Breaker Awards Luncheon on Monday, June 25, 2018, at the Hyatt Regency Houston. The event will be co-chaired by Mr. Doug and Mrs. Winell Herron. Additionally, CRR will recognize and honor its Star Clients at the luncheon, as well as, our Star Company, HEB, as an outstanding Company leader in the community.
