Dua Now Open in Montrose.

On February 7, the restaurant once known as Mo Mong reopened as Dua. After 17 years, owner Viet Hoang felt that it was time for a revitalization. In addition to the name change, the interior and the menu have also been overhauled. Not everything is completely different, as much of the menu items and prices are still intact. Hoang says that the dishes underwent a “modernization” of sorts, thanks in part to a new chef. $3 sake bellinis and a DJ will be on deck every Thursday night. —Jed Ocot
