I am greatly disturbed by the ambivalence displayed by your magazine at what President Obama’s domestic agenda is doing to our great nation. He promised no tax increases–not one dime–for 95% of Americans. Yet, in 2011, every American will be hit by a torrent of tax increases that we have never seen in our lives. Obama’s $787 Billion stimulus targeted only government employees,not the private sector. Wealth creation has been under full assault. Millions of Americans will indeed lose their doctor or health plan and doctors will be fined unless they ration services. Obama’s own cousin, a physician in Chicago, passionately disagreed with Obamacare on every level. Over 20 new forms of taxes occur to pay for Obamacare, many will hit your employer.
We are enslaving ourselves to government and higher taxes. Many states are flooded with debt and our government has $130 Trillion in unfunded mandates for Medicare, Medicaid and SS. Baby boomers are retiring at the rate of 7,000 per day and are replaced with immigrants who barely speak English.
When you expand government, you lose your freedoms! It’s time to realize that if we lose freedom here, there’s nowhere else to go to get it. I hope every reader thinks twice about Obama’s dangerous agenda.
