Chulo’s does a great job of creating a friendly,

DIAMOND JIMM’S NIGHT
CLUB.
No “honky-tonk” about this new northside
bar (formerly Boogie Night). Diamond Jimm’s
has opened as a “Houston Alternative Lifestyle
Nightclub” . . . a gay club that is straight-friendly.
Owner Jim Hale, aka Diamond Jimm, opened his first
club in July with the idea of bringing back the
Copa, with plans of different themes each night.

the charm of a local colorful hangout. Now with
