Karen Derr & Associates Realty is celebrating
is eighth anniversary on the Internet. On July
1, 1995, the local real estate agency was the
first realty company in Houston to go online with
pictures of listings and a slant toward relocation
buyers. • Prior to the launching of sites
like HAR.com and Realtor.com, Derr and her husband
Robert Derr (firm marketing director) were well
ahead of the pack. • In celebration, Karen
Derr has announced her newest website, TheTownhouseAlternative.com.
Derr has joined this site with PeopleLovePorches.com
and HoustonTownhouses.com in an ongoing effort
to serve clients. “‘It’s all
about choices’ is the message the new site
and accompanying advertising campaign conveys
to home buyers,” Derr says. • The
Derrs are now offering people who visit TheTownhouseAlternative.com
a free “Guardian Angel” print available
for downloading and suitable for printing from
the popular angel series created by Robert Derr.
• Karen Derr & Associates can be reached
at 713/862-1600 or at www.TheTownhouseAlternative.com.
