Chulos does a great job of creating a friendly,
quirky atmosphere. Built from the remnants of
a gas station, Chulos is a step sideways
from the usual icehouse. The purple-felt pool

Galvestons newest bar opened its doors

& her business partner Charles Pena ("Sisters")
opened this distinctly Latin neighborhood cantina.
They offer beer, wine & setups, real cheap
(you provide liquor for the setups). Theres

Roberts Lafitte
A real neighborhood bar, this venerable place
has been around forever. Clientele is as colorful
as the chandeliers that adorn this Island institution.
