Well kiddies, get your cars purchased and your enterprises started because Mercury goes retrograde on the 26th. And that means that everything has to be started before the 23rd, or you have to wait until after May 23 to start anything new. As always, this is a great period to review the past and clean out your closets.

Good days for this month are the 1st, 2nd, 5th, 6th, 9th, 21st, 22nd, 28th, and 29th. Days to hide under the covers are 12th, 13th, 16th, 17th, 25th, and the 26th. With the new and full moons in Aries and Libra, the theme will be trying to find your individuality in a relationship.

ARIES (March 21–April 19). This is your month to look back at last year and see how far you have come and to consider what things you would like to do for your next birthday year. Just get them going before the 22nd. And you are very active in the career sector. You will be forging ahead on your own path or picking a fight with the boss to show them who’s the boss. Get your finances in order or you will have a real mess on your hands. Relationships need a boost of excitement. Don’t let them get stale.

TAURUS (April 20–May 20). You are sort of hiding in the background this month, but your comments and ideas are still getting through. You are more sensitive than normal, and your physical senses are more attuned than ever. Prepare to spend some time alone or in spiritual meditation or submerged in a mud bath. This is especially important on the 12th and 13th. You are avoiding conflict as much as you can, making your partner wonder where you are. And Mercury goes retrograde in your sign at the end of the month. This will make the end of the month a very reflective period.

GEMINI (May 21–June 21). Big shake-up at the old career place is what is in store for you this month. You will need a new project to keep your interest, or you will be looking for a new place to work. This could also be the time you start your own business. You can count on your friends or your support organizations for help. They are only too ready with ideas and suggestions. Personal relationships can be very tense from the 10th through the 14th and on the 17th. By the end of the month, you will be ready for a rest.

CANCER (June 22–July 22). This is the month for shameless self-promotion. You are ready to take the lead role at work. There can be some good-natured competition for those around you. Just take your crab claw and pinch them in half. You are in the spotlight. Enjoy it. Relationships can have quite a bit of tension if you are not paying attention to your partner. Your sexual energies will be stronger than usual if you are out on the prowl.

LEO (July 23–August 22). You are feeling especially optimistic as the month opens. You are happy and ready to just let go of all your problems. This can be a very good month for travel or taking classes for self-improvement. At work, ideas flow from your brain like warm molasses. You may be feeling over-committed on the 17th. At the end of the month, Mercury retrograde is affecting your career security. You may be considering a new place to go if you are not happy. Look for simmering dissatisfaction to make its way to the surface.

VIRGO (August 23–September 22). Relationships are on the menu this month. You need to take your old ways of doing things into the shop and have them upgraded. You will have especially low tolerance for people if they are blocking your path. And this will take the greatest toll on those personal relationships. You may be tempted to hide at work since that will be easy to do this month. A trip to the therapist would be very helpful. Strip off that mask and show you and your partner just who you are. Undercurrents of joint resources are only the edge of the issues.

LIBRA (September 23–October 23). This is certainly the month to be with friends, people, and relationship partners. You will not want to be alone. And this is your month to indulge others in your persona. There are some new plans on the horizon at work. You will find that your life is becoming more public and others are looking to you as an authority figure. Don’t worry, you won’t be trying to fool them. You are an authority figure. You will be especially innovative at work. New ideas or new technology is going to show up there.

SCORPIO (October 24–November 21). Time to get the old workplace organized. You are certainly energized for this kind of activity. You may be able to take the lead and get others on the bandwagon. You may be confused for a business coach. Communication with your loved ones is very, very important this month. And there should be some promotions or salary increases this month. And if you need to promote yourself or your product, this is the time. Doors will be opened magically. At the end of the month, take a rest and review your progress.

SAGITTARIUS (November 22–December 21). Most of the planets are in fire signs as the month opens. You are upbeat and hopeful about life in general. And your creative juices are just flowing—you may want to carry a towel with you. And you will have to approach everything you are doing as play because you will not want a rigid schedule. The week of the 13th through the 18th can be tough. Keep your commitments light and easy and consider recreational drugs. You are getting the feeling to move or improve your home. Watch those unique styles that you are drawn to. You may not like them next year.

CAPRICORN (December 22–January 19). You are an active and energetic Seagoat this month. If you feel like getting things off your chest, this is the month. Exercise, diet programs, rock climbing, and firearm collecting are all favored this month. Relationships can be an adventure even if they are risky. Just stay away from your family. They are just angry and want to come first no matter what. Reason and rationality will make no difference.

AQUARIUS (January 20–February 18). Generally, this is a good month for communications of all sorts. You are clear and to the point and don’t mind sharing with others what is on your mind. And if those around you show some interest, what a great day you will have! Your home becomes more important as the month progresses. Don’t be surprised if you want to take on some spring-cleaning projects as Mercury goes retrograde. Old family issues could resurface, and you will get another chance to clear them. Your energy levels are particularly strong after the 22nd. Temper your steel.

PISCES (February 19–March 20). Break those chains that bind you! You are not going to be the same person you have been by the end of this year. And you are just getting started. First on the list, how well are your finances organized? And are you getting paid what you are worth? Relationships that have a lot of history are certainly going to be tested during the week of the 13th through the 18th. If they have expectations of what and who you should be, you will be showing them different photos. During the Mercury retrograde, you may be looking back but not going back.
