Yoga Body moves this month to a new location,
526 Waugh Drive at Allen Parkway. At this spot,
which overlooks the green space along Buffalo
Bayou, the center will offer more than 60 classes
per week in an array of yoga disciplines, including
Anusara, Ashtanga, Bikram, Kundalini, and Pranayama
(yogic breathing). Classes are also given in prenatal
and postnatal yoga, children's yoga, and yoga
for cancer patients and breast-cancer survivors.

Arlette Pharo, D.O., will lead a workshop
