Southern Poverty Law Center: The SPL’s mission is to "combats hate, intolerance, and discrimination through education and litigation." Their Teaching Tolerance project provides excellent curriculum and support for teachers dedicated to "fostering equity, respect, and understanding in the classroom and beyond."
