Now that we are in February, this is the time to put those New Year's resolutions into action. You may have tried in January, but you were probably not very successful. As the month begins, the energies are mostly pleasant. As we get close to the 16th, times get a bit tenser-especially from the 15th through the 22nd. I certainly would keep all plans very flexible during those times. So get in your Valentine's celebrating before the 15th. The Chinese New Year, honoring the Goat, begins on February 1. The Chinese New Year is usually the new moon after the Sun enters the sign of Aquarius. The Sun is in Aquarius and enters that fishy sign of Pisces on the 18th. Mercury is in Capricorn and slips into Aquarius on the 12th. Venus finishes her journey in Sagittarius and enters crusty Capricorn on the 4th. Mars is happily tripping through Sagittarius.

ARIES (March 21-April 19). You will certainly want to be spending your time with your friends and business associates. This is not a month where you will want to be alone. Consequently, you can do well if you have to deal with the public or promotion of yourself or your product. Groups and business associations will be very beneficial to you. Travel can be very good for you this month. An adventure would certainly help you in all respects of your life. Personal relationships seem to flow along smoothly. You seem happy with yourself and give off an air of relaxed enthusiasm. And this only helps you in all your endeavors this month.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20). Career and or lack of it will be your primary focus this month. Many of you have been really questioning your career choices over the last year. With the new moon and full moons occurring in this area of your horoscope, you will be putting more time than ever into this area of your life. Many of you have been looking for something that really fulfills the hunger you have. Whether you have chosen to be a CEO or a stay-at-home parent, you are wondering about your professional life. With all the emphasis in this area, you may be ignoring your personal relationships. Don't forget about your partner.

GEMINI (May 21-June 21). At the end of this month, you once again begin to take your life forward. You have been in a holding pattern, seeming to be in a constant state of review. You have been reconsidering all your past goals, accomplishments, and relationships. And upon personal inspection, you are still left wanting more. And the things you have done just seem like distant memories. All that is about to change, so get all that cleaned up and out of the way. You are about to lunge forward. Don't let those blow-ups with your partner or close friends be distraction from what is really bugging you. You may think you are mad at your partner, but you are really disappointed at yourself. The end of the month is your time to act.

CANCER (June 22-July 22). Relationships remain the hot topic for you this month. You are trying to work through your own morass of preconceived expectations that you project onto those around you. Yes, you do act as though you know best and try to tell others what to do. And most of the time you are right. But apparently when they won't listen, you become insistent and forget to look at yourself. You are going in even deeper this month. Put on your hip waders, because it won't be their stuff you are wading through. Continue to follow through on those exercise resolutions. They are still working for you.

LEO (July 23-August 22). Yes, you are the most intelligent and beautiful sign of the zodiac. And what an adventure you are on this month. With the new and full moons taking place in your relationship arena, you are certainly ready for that knight with the shiny amour. And those foreign types are especially exotic looking. Even work is more fun this month. Your magnetic qualities are making your job easier. If you have been dissatisfied with where you are, this is certainly the time to change. And don't worry-they won't figure out how to get along without you. You will always be missed.

VIRGO (August 23-September 22). This is the month you begin your way-too-early spring cleanup. Big things are happening to you in March, and you need to have everything ready. You will just be a work addict. You will be looking closely at what your job is and isn't-mostly the isn't. This is a great month for new habits, routines, and health regimes. You will seem like a person possessed by those who work around you. And anything that isn't going to help your future goals and securities is on its way to the trash. Be careful about your friends and partners. You may accidentally put them out by the curb.

LIBRA (September 23-October 23). You are going with the flow this month. You are in a creative and playful mood-and not at all serious about any part of life. You will feel the universe pushing you to be more focused by the end of the month. But until then, play and fun are on the menu. If you do have to work, then business associates and like organizations can be very advantageous. Partners can seem a bit pushy as they are trying to get you to do what they want. But that is not news, except they are more insistent than normal. By the end of the month, your vacation is over, and you have to go back to work.

SCORPIO (October 24-November 21). With the new and full moons stimulating your home and family sector this month, there is a lot of activity in this area. So you can be entertaining at home, cleaning up those closets, or considering moving. And, yes, you will get some calls from your family. They will want to see you because they need your razor-sharp mind to get to the heart of the matter. Make sure that you are feeling free when you go visit, so you don't come back with resentments. And this resentment-free mandate includes all activity that has to do with your home or family. New career opportunities are just on the horizon. Keep your schedule open in March.

SAGITTARIUS (November 22-December 21). Temper and patience will be on short supply this month. You will be operating faster than most of the people who you have to interact with. And on top of this, you will be reading everyone's minds so you know what they are going to say before they say it. This will only make you more brusque. Your communications skill will be excellent. So if you can find the composure to explain yourself, your message will get out to those in your life. Relationships are still in a testing period. By the end of the month, you will know if you are going to keep what you have or get a 2003 model.

CAPRICORN (December 22-January 19). Your security and resources are really stimulated this month with the new and full moons lighting up that area of your horoscope. You want to be valued and appreciated by those around you. At work, you will want satisfactory recompense for your skills, talents, and particularly for your loyalties. The committee is still in session on long-term partnerships. You are not sure about whether you move ahead with them in this new year. But they will have to work with you and not against you as they have in the last year.

AQUARIUS (January 20-February 18). Happy Solar Return to all those Water Bearers. Your personal time of reassessment is here. Are you happy with your choices? If you are not, then you will end those associations quickly. And you are going to inform those you plan to stay with as well. You will be more verbal than usual this month. And we will get to see just how intelligent you really are. This is a time when you are in the spotlight more than usual. You will certainly use this to your advantage. Your relationships have to support you, because there are new people waiting in the wings wanting to spend time with you.

PISCES (February 19-March 20). There is a lot of activity in your career sector, and yet a part of you really wants to avoid having to have contact with people. Be sure that you make time for both parts of you this month. You do have the ability to overwork and be very tired and then justify calling in sick for the next several days. Your spiritual energies are currently very strong, and they have to be in line with your earthly goals. This way both things work for the same intent. You are still not ready for a relationship, as one would demand too much of you at this point. But that is about to change after March. Get ready. Your birthday is a really different time in your life. There are a host of new life adventures coming in for you.
