Dalton, Our Dalton

Thank you so much for the great article by Ann Walton Sieber on Dalton DeHart ["Dalton’s Social Year: Preserving memory, loving people through the lens of a camera," January OutSmart]. She captured his charming and genuine nature perfectly. In 1999, the chamber (Greater Houston GLBT Chamber) gave Dalton a Community Service award because one of the most important things we have in the GLBT community is our history, and Dalton has taken it upon himself to capture that for us. He is a treasure, quietly preserving the images of our life and growth in Houston.
