Optometrists
Marc Sanders and Stewart Zuckerbrod are
pleased to announce the combining of their ophthalmology
practices into The Diagnosis Eye Center, with
two locations. The center offers comprehensive eye care
services, eye glass prescriptions and fittings, contact
lenses, and the diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases.

This class will define the emotional and physical factors
of depression, determine one's potential vulnerability
to depression, and identify the causes. In addition,
O'Doherty will focus on making healthy choices, and
building more effective coping skills as a way to increase
one's sense of well being and become more balanced emotionally.

1, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. "The Power of Our Energy," an introduction
to energy fields and energy healing techniques; "Connecting
With Spirit When God is a Cuss Word," an opportunity
to learn to communicate with your angels and spiritual
helpers; and "Self Protection," examining the power
of thoughts and feelings and how to protect against
negativity. All workshops are instructional and interactive.

Our Divinity
is a one-woman art show by artist Cynthia Jackson.
Join Jackson at the grand opening of her H-Elijah
Gallery & Chapel on Fri., Feb. 18 from 7-9 p.m.
Jackson, a former exploration geologist, incorporates
environmental and spiritual themes in her work. Jackson's
paintings depict environmental devastation, divine healing,
and victory over oppression. The 45 paintings are a
mixed medium of watercolor, marbelized paper, and sliced

Hawk Leather has opened a second location, at 3814
South Shepherd. The original store is located inside
the Venture-N Bar at 2923 Main. Owners Bob Houghton
and Kim Zigler say they started Black Hawk Leather
to fill a need for leather clothing and boots. The South
Shepherd store combines both retail and custom leather
goods. Houghton and Zigler are hosting an open house
