The price to reserve a seat is $100 (plus taxes) which includes a six course tasting menu with accompanying wines. The dinner experience will be enhanced by the beautiful exhibition Moth to the Flame by James Ciosek. The exhibition aims to explore the nature of reality and perception.
To question our role as generators and arbiters of what may be an entirely holographic existence. Ciosek’s sculptures pose as an inkblot test for the viewer, exploiting the tendency of the eye to find figurative elements where none were intended. Reinforcing the idea that we regularly see things that are simply not there. The dinner is in conjunction with Jeremy Goodwin, an international chef and renowned food writer. Chef Jeremy has spent the last decade concentrating on local, seasonal produce and ethically raised meats as his ingredient sources.
