This art director/turned author has apparently had his share of dates that went awry (to say the least). To give you an idea: Vince invited Eddie (the author) to dinner and chose an expensive restaurant. Eddie ordered a chicken salad and a martini; Vince ordered two appetizers, lobster, several martinis, and dessert. When the bill came, Vince grabbed it, Eddie thinking Vince was going to pay. Vince added it up and said, “We each owe $80.” Then there was the guy high on cocaine who took Eddie (who is a vegetarian) to the In-N-Out Burger drive-thru. Oh, and what about the guy who said condoms are not good for you… because of the latex. By the way, the author assures us that these dates really happened. Because you weren’t in the car (with the date who farted numerous times in said car), you can enjoy the ride.
