Calendar Girls. Mildred’s Umbrella, a local theater company, has announced the unveiling of its 2011 Pinup Calendar. The calendar, which features 20 of the company’s actresses, has a fairy-tale theme. In addition to being available online, the calendar will also be sold at the Glass Slipper Gala, the group’s November fundraiser at the Alley Theatre. www.mildredsumbrella.com.

Unsinkable Arne’s.
