Small Texas towns always have gay people, mostly in hiding. Accidental Rebels shows us what happens when the married gays, the “suspicious” straights, and the girls no one ever dreamed were gay all come out. Although the writing is a little rocky, this is a wonderful story and a solid debut novel. I look forward to the author’s second book. — Review: Angel Curtis
