Accomplice In Broussard Murder Returns To Prison

Paul Chance Dillon, one of 10 men accused in the stabbing death of 27-year-old gay Houston banker Paul Broussard in 1991, has returned to prison following a parole violation. The Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles determined on January 16 that he violated the conditions of his release from prison when he removed his ankle bracelet, fleeing from his mother’s Spring home in early December. This recent flight attempt marked the second time Dillon had removed his monitoring device to escape supervision, officials told The Spring Observer.

Dillon was originally charged with two counts of attempted murder; his incarceration will be complete on November 19, 2011. – by Nancy Ford
